Enter start date and en date will set automatically the timing scale

Changing end date from 01Feb2020 to 01Mar2020 will add one month displayed in timing scale

Options "Month" and "week" activated >> Months and week numbers appear in timing scale

Change display options by simple click to tune the timing scale as required

Green cell >> option activated

Yellow cell >> option inhibited

When option is activated , items are displayed in timing scale

Options available :

MONTHS / WEEK NUMBER / WORKING DAYS / WEEK DAYS

In any cells of the timing , use predefined shortcuts keyboard to color the cells in particular colors

"x" color the cells in black, "p" in blue, "d" in yellow, "i" in red, "?" in drak grey and "c" in green .

Excel shortcut : Use "Ctrl+D" to duplicate the value from first selected cells to the others in a range of cells

Set a "X in the chronology bar to set a timing milestones

Change the name directly in cell - e.g. : SOP 19 Mar 2020

Other display option : Put name of the task on the left of the bar for nice readibility by simple clicking on "Text on bar"

For project status - internal or with customer - just screenshot the timing , in total or partially and then past it in a presentation.
